Discover the world of wholegrains and fermentation in this hands-on bread-making workshop. You’ll learn to work with different grains and flours to create three delicious loaves: a hearty Buckwheat Tin Loaf, a wholesome Spelt & Wholemeal Boule and a classic New York Deli Rye Bread.

Explore the flavours, textures and techniques that make each loaf unique, while building your understanding of fermentation and the art of working with wholegrains. Perfect for anyone looking to take their bread-making skills to the next level.

This course uses wheat, rye and dairy. Unfortunately we aren’t able to tailor recipes for substitutions or alterations, as these can fundamentally change the composition and outcome of the recipes. For more information regarding our ingredients, please contact us before booking your course.

This Workshop runs for 3 hours.
